: Ruling on praying
The scholars differed concerning the ruling on talaabiyya to
three points:
The first is that it is Sunnah, which is the view of
Al-Shaafa'i and Ahmad (may Allaah have mercy on them).
The second view is that it is obligatory, and it is the view
of Maalik (may Allaah have mercy on him) and his companions. They said: He is
sinning and he is leaving it, and his right is valid, and he has blood to
leave. The strength of this statement was Sheikh Abdullah Al-Bassam, may Allah
have mercy on him, in Tayseer al-'Alam
.
Third: It is a corner, it is not true Hajj without it, which
is the words of Abu Hanifa and the people of the phenomenon, and tender and
Taoos, and Akrama God bless them all.
And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)
did not violate it. He used to say: Take me from your rituals, which is one of
the greatest rituals. In the hadeeth: Gabriel came to me and ordered me to tell
my companions to raise their voices. Humiliating). It is necessary.
Praise be to Allaah. Praise be to Allaah. Praise be to
Allaah. Praise be to Allaah. Praise be to Allaah. Praise be to Allaah. Praise
be to Allaah. Praise be to Allaah. Praise be to Allaah. Praise be to Allaah.
Praise be to Allaah. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)
did not indicate that his companions should raise their voices in them. It
indicates how and not what is obligatory. .
